Under the California Public Records Act, California Constitution, and the Governor's Executive Order S-03-06, Californians have a right to access public information by government agencies.

Once your request has been received, the District will respond within 10 days to determine whether the record or records you have requested are subject to disclosure under the Public Records Act; this period may be extended by the District for an additional 14 days. If the records you have requested are available, the records will be produced within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.

Records Requests Fees

  • $0.25 per page copied
  • $3.50 per page for maps and/or oversized (2'x3') documents

Engineering Records Request

East Valley Water District manages water and sewer utilities within the city of Highland, parts of San Bernardino City and County.
